Thomas Stuckey, owner and president of Eagle Eye Builder Group LLC. Tom’s journey in construction began when he volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, where he discovered his talent for creating beautiful spaces. From there, he worked for Harris Home Concepts in St. Louis, MO while earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. With a thirst for knowledge, Tom subsequently became certified in Construction Office Management while working as a project manager at Pella Windows & Doors. Then came Stuckey Construction Company LLC, which he wholly owned and operated. But that wasn’t enough, Tom wanted more. So he moved his family to sunny Jacksonville, Florida, where he started working with the top eight General Contractor, FGC, Inc., as a superintendent. With his hard work, Tom climbed the ranks to become the VP of Residential Construction, and later, VP of Operations & Purchasing. It was during his time in Florida where the Eagle Eye Builder Group LLC was conceptualized, and Tom passed the hardest Certified General Contractor test in the US! Now let’s talk about the inspiration behind the name. Tom’s time in Boy Scouts helped him immensely both personally and professionally, instilling a sense of discipline and hard work. He believes that his time there helped him maintain the excellent work ethic he has and that it sets him apart from the competition. When Tom is not building something extraordinary with his team, he’s likely enjoying time with his family and their adventurous German Shorthair, Diesel.
