We had our home custom built by Eagle Eye Builder Group. Tom was the consummate professional throughout the project! He kept things moving along efficiently working with all of the sub-contractors, adjusting schedules as needed to avoid delays, and working closely with us daily to keep us informed. When we requested changes to the building plans he walked us through pros, cons, and next steps and professionally coordinated the requested changes. Tom was overseeing a couple of large projects at the same time but it was transparent to us as he was incredibly organized and was able to accomplish all in a highly professional manner! The only delays we experienced were those associated with weather. We have a quality custom home built in approximately 5 months even with the weather delays! We are so grateful to have found Tom!
